Over the period, we have come across a wealth of talent among young female adults. Many of whom are eager to learn new skills and take up new opportunities that would prepare them for the competitive global job market. However, the current educational system does not impart hands-on training that prepares students for the skills demanded by industry and the real world of work. Hence, with our commitment to action on addressing the imbalance of opportunities in our society, we aim to create programs that complement the academic pathways that female students choose in a fun and engaging environment.

The Summer Camp will be the first of its kind and run during the school breaks of the secondary and tertiary institutions. It will be a 1-4 week experience that taps into the internal drive of every student, building on their passions and interests. Programs on offer will be in the following fields: - Arts & Theatre, Creative Writing, Public Speaking & Volunteering;
- STEM, VR, 3D Printing, Coding, Robotics, Web design, App & Game Design;
- Film Production, Photography, Animation;
- Entrepreneurship, Leadership, & Digital Marketing.
