“Many young women from deprived communities in our society are mostly caught up in a vicious cycle of socio-economic hardships, low practical job skills and least of all career opportunities into leadership roles. Hence, real socio-economic inclusion for young women has to have a strong emphasis on creating opportunities. It is for this reason that I developed BRAVE as a way to be part of the conversation and also to change the narrative.”
